I think I know why they called these "Eat and stay thin recipes."

I know it looks like that poor woman is sweating things out because she's in a cooker trying to shed some pounds, but really I think it's because she'd dreading having "Savory Pan Fried Liver" for dinner. These recipes are from a 1956 low-calorie cookbook, "Tempting Low-Calorie Recipes." I think I'd rather starve, and perhaps that's the secret to this cookbook!
