Book and Blog Update!

It's a new year and I'm back! My current goal is to have my book ready by the fall. Also, now that I know what will be going in my book and what isn't I plan to update this blog more frequently. I hope some of my regulars are still around and that I can gain new readers in 2012.

  3. looking forward to seeing your book. i've often wondered about those weight charts i grew up with. they were based on statistics for insurance. doesn't that mean "death stats"? bmi. harrumph. there is no way i'm healthy at the numbers bmi is throwing my way. i too did a slow weight loss. 20 lbs in a couple years. still losing with a renewed focus. and guess what...it's all staying off. i refuse to be an american roller coaster statistic.
