New year, good news! I have decided on a format for my book!!! I plan to do a paperback since many people, including myself, aren't e-book readers BUT I may also do an ebook in addition. My goal is to have it published and ready to sell by the end of the summer.
As for my current weight, since I applied the principles in my book to my own life two years ago I have lost fourteen pounds. On the surface it may seem like no big deal, taking almost two years to lose that weight. However, I spent ten years trying to lose only FIVE pounds using traditional dieting methods and ended up gaining ten pounds. No kidding!
Now that I know what will be going in my book and what isn't, I plan to update this blog more frequently. I hope some of my regulars are still around and that I can gain new readers in 2012.
Do you have a weight loss goal for 2012? I'd love to hear from you!

ReplyDeleteThanks, Stacy! You too! I always enjoy your comments so I hope to see you here again!
ReplyDeletelooking forward to seeing your book. i've often wondered about those weight charts i grew up with. they were based on statistics for insurance. doesn't that mean "death stats"? bmi. harrumph. there is no way i'm healthy at the numbers bmi is throwing my way. i too did a slow weight loss. 20 lbs in a couple years. still losing with a renewed focus. and guess what...it's all staying off. i refuse to be an american roller coaster statistic.
ReplyDeletebilzprincess thank you. I absolutely love your statement "I refuse to be an american roller coaster statistic." Congratulations on the twenty pounds!
